Appointment Fee $65            
                →This fee is for the Peterborough area.  Additional fee will apply for the surrounding area.
                →Appointment fee includes 1 test of your choice under $50. For selection, please see below.
                →All tests will be followed with a written or printed summary of findings/results.

Thermal Imaging – Starting at $125 Per hour plus Appointment Fee
                →Thermography allows for infrared images to be produced based on radiant temperature. Thermography can
                     be a powerful  tool in evaluating building deficiencies such as sources of heat or cooling loss,
                     insufficient insulation, faulty wiring, mould detection, water damage and many more issues not
                     visible to the naked eye.

Combustion Test $25 Per appliance  # __________
               
→A combustion analysis can be done on any gas or oil fired appliance.  This will tell you how efficiently your
                    appliance is running.

Air Quality Test $25 Per Room
               →The very basic definition of air quality is relative humidity, temperature & carbon dioxide levels.  We
                   will also be testing for Volatile Organic Compounds such as formaldehyde, toluene, smoke.

Gas Leak Detection $25 Per Gas
                →Tests for propane and natural gas leaks.
                →Tests for Freon leaks     

Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Test $100
                →Tests the efficiency with which your air conditioner and/or heat pump is running.

Air Velocity Test $10 Per Register
                →This will test the rate of air flow at your registers.

TERMS OF SERVICE

⌂             All consultants are fully licensed as certified technicians, holding the following licenses:  Propane, Natural Gas,
                Oil and Refrigeration, Level 1 Thermographer.

⌂             All consultants are fully insured and registered with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority.

⌂             It is the responsibility of our licensed contractors to uphold the responsibilities of Technical Standards and Safety
                Authority codebook.  Any piece of HVAC equipment that poses an immediate hazard may be shut down.
               It is the responsibility of the homeowner to contact an outside contractor to service unit and rectify the problem

⌂             AC Fuel Efficiency will not service, install or sell any HVAC equipment. offer only a testing/consulting service.

⌂             The testing consultant may need to drill a small access hole in the venting of HVAC equipment for the purpose of
                testing the efficiency of the unit.  If needed, any access holes that are drilled will be appropriately repaired.

⌂             HVAC equipment must be in good running order before any testing will be done.  The homeowner will start the
                equipment to ensure proper operation.  Each piece of HVAC equipment must be running for a minimum of 15
                minutes before test can be completed
