My name is Terry Capsey, owner of this new company.  In the spring of 2007, my wife gave birth to a premature baby of 29 weeks.  Because he was so early, our new baby, Ayden, had respiratory problems.  All of a sudden, my awareness of environmental shortfalls was heightened.  I began to use my knowledge as a licensed HVAC mechanic to benefit my family, in particular my new baby boy.  I felt the need to evaluate how well, or how efficient my home was running, from the air he was breathing to the appliances and gases we were using.  I began to realize the need for this particular testing and took this a step further by becoming a certified thermographer.
 
I now also specialize in thermal imaging; which can be a very powerful tool in evaluating building deficiencies such as sources of heat or cooling loss, insufficient insulation, faulty wiring, mould detection, water damage and many other issues that are not visible to the naked eye.
